I have seen some that converted their 2nd gen front end to 3rd gen but haven't been able to find one from 3rd to 4th. Posts: 1, 196. you'd basicly be stripping down to the frame and trying to bolt up the whole body, it just wont work, i think the frames are way too different to make it work.

Total cost was about 1000 since I bought new fenders. Thanks Again for reading. Since I need all the parts anyways, I was wondering how bad it would be to put a 3rd gen front end on this truck. Has anyone done a front end conversion on a 3rd gen Ram 1500 to 4th gen? As for the lights theres a guy on ebay that sells the lights, and conversion harness for cheap. 5. i never said they wont work, i said if you want to run the twin bulb clear sport lights theres a guy that sells them on ebay with the harness. As we all know the 2019+ 5th gen ram trucks have a new body style, and parts aren't really interchangable between the 2 generations... Thats if your going for the full factory sport look.
