It's # 22 in the rear fuse box. There is a recall on the master switch. Then, after a few weeks the driver side door lock botton stopped working and I can't lock or unlock the doors with my key fob any more. I have a 2003 4 door tahoe and i have a weired sitution going on. I have tryed to check every fuse under the hood and the one on the drivers side under the dash. NO POWER LOCKS OR WINDOWS FROM DRIVER" DOOR PANEL. I found some more links that also point to a cold or dry solder joint failing in the module.

Windows don't move from the driver side switch but the do from the other doors. If it is JUST the driver's side accessories that cannot be controlled, does the whole module need to be replaced? Checked fuses ok check 4 big wires got 12v ground other 2 is motor. It has sat for a while I finished some other projects but I finally got to it this week. Jumped wires to test motor it checked ok. remote door locks work fine. Driver side door hard to open and close||. No power to driver side door controls. Any of you help would be so very much appericated.

And start at the door switches. Call dealer and see if you're covered. I lost all power to the drivers side door, windows, locks, mirrors, courtesy light on inside door, cannot control anything on passenger door. 25 for the whole fix. I am now really led to believe the module is a problem, likely a broken solder joint.
In a nutshell, water can enter the switch, wasn't sealed properly. Now fuse has not blown and nothing works. You may need to use your own judgement on the boot, I can't see it from here. Tue Oct 29, 2013 6:33 am.
Year and Trim: 2014 Cadillac XTS Vsport. Joined: 06 Mar 2010, 08:37. With this fuse missing and me being the only driver/mechanic of this vehicle, I have to assume it has never been there and is not the cause of the problem. When was the last time you replaced the battery.
It could be a separate issue. It will control all the windows, locks and passenger door mirror, BUT will NOT control the drivers window, lock or mirror. However any ideas would be helpful. Last post by oragex.
