TLDR: If you have a plug-in Ford with a currently operational 3G TCU (C-Max Energi, Fusion Energi, Focus Electric) and you DIY swap a 4G TCU, remote start/unlock/location/battery state of charge etc will work but you will lose Value Charging via Sync or FordPass and charge logs on FordPass won't work either.
