I do want to point out that if a person has a log number of 1, that individual will be called. Too bad they couldn't figure out a way to have all those registered on the old site automatically transferred to the new site. If you are municipal, it can take a few days longer. Now that I am using a voucher they are saying I don't qualify because electricity not included so my voucher decreased. This is probably why it's harder for people in the 30-50% AMI have a harder time being called, they're already designated for the population. There are people with the most random log numbers being called. It takes about 5 days for hpd to process your info once they receive it. I am still stalking my email for notice ive been sent for final review / interview. Hope you will get it. I applied late.. 10/25 and I was 2, XXX. Just don't know what to I just be patient and wait? If every apartment is going to a lottery winner, expect trouble. I think that application will come outta towards the end of this year as per housing connect. There is no netting or guards. HPD took 2 1/2 weeks to officially approve me. That would suck but only as much as I probably wouldn't be eligible for the 3 bedroom. Definitely helps just for an idea of bedroom sizes even if theyre slightly different in different Ami's. After viewing the apartment (and mentally accepting it), I emailed the Phase 1 team the same day of my viewing to let them know I wanted to proceed. I was supposed to hear back within 72 hrs. I have pref but my log number is 49, xxx so i lost hope unfortunately.

Don't hesitate to contact the agent & ask politely about it. From what I heard you could be ineligible due to falling in between income ranges but I would wait for the agency to let you know that for sure and try anyways.
