It's not like Moo Ra doesn't see him as an attractive male. The scene inside trunk and the first kiss scene showed us that they will do decent romantic scenes. The Bride of Habaek, also known as Bride of the Water God, is a manga (manhwa in South Korea) turned k-drama series about Soah, an ordinary girl whom Habaek "the water god" fell in love with. So much so, that a lot of viewers kept watching for him alone. And when she first meets Habaek she thinks he is delusional. Even with her pride, powers and beauty Moo Ra is unable to confess to Habaek probably because she fears rejection since he already chose a human woman over her and history is repeating itself. A beautiful and famous actress, Moo Ra has a one-sided love with Habaek and understandably dislikes his wife. Not only they managed to completely destroy a beautiful story but they reached new heights of trying to make a fool out of the viewers. There isn't really much character development. He's supposed to be fair and his speech matter-of-fact but it just comes off as annoying. Another great performance by Shin Se Kyung! The love between two main characters was something I've been never seen before, so it was a great watch on that part. HAPPILY EVER AFTER MERI JUTTI!!!! She may seem oblivious to all material wants in the mortal world but she would secretly keep the gifts that fans gave her.

There are several scenes whereby you can see Nam Joo Hyuk and Gong Myung baring their tops and 6-packs, if that may intrigue your interest. Habaek is a confused character who will confuse you all the time. He was the sole character that was well developed amongst the other characters.
