You'll need to manually level your rig to get it as level as possible before saving the level setting.
It seems that HWH does send out spring kits to different RV dealers like Winnebago. You might find that it works after this or that it may need repairs after all. However, most have some form of the emergency override. If you have to use a pry bar to move the jacks, then the problem is with the inner seal. Then repeat the process for the rear and middle jacks. Some owners check the level of hydraulic fluid and add it if the level is low. It might provide just enough juice to get the feet safely retracted, so you can make your way to the repair shop. If you're unable to get the leveling jacks to retract yourself, look for a handyman around. Check the owner's manual. We did look at an outlet that sells parts for HWH systems and we did not see a cylinder repair kit in their list of products.
