If there is 12 Volt at the pump (motor) connector (see the image), but the pump doesn't run, the pump (motor) itself is bad and must be replaced. In most cars, the windshield washer tank is located behind the front bumper, in front of one of the front wheels; see the illustration. If the fuse is OK, the voltage at the motor needs to be checked. Can't wait to see how they deal with this.

My washer pump recently stopped working as well. Going to take apart today and see whats what. Another common problem in below-freezing temperatures is when the fluid in the washer tank freezes, read more below. A repair shop may charge you $50-$150 labor to replace it. Location: Mike in Cleveland Ohio Area. If you get stuck on anything, I recommend taking your Flex to a Ford Dealer to get diagnosed. It seemed to have exploded from freezing or something.
